Download and complete the Peptide Purity Testing Intake Form. The information you provide enables us to accurately process your sample submission and prepare your Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Authorize Payment
Payment authorization is required before analytical testing can begin.
Secure Online Credit Card Authorization (Recommended)
Submit your card information through our secure payment portal. Card information is encrypted and transmitted directly to our payment processor.
Your card will only be charged after samples are received and testing begins.

- Verify that all lot numbers match the intake form.
- If submitting multiple vials for batch conformity testing, ensure they all come from the same lot.
